This study aims to develop an assistive device for the physically disabled that enables them to read e-books using Bluetooth-based iPusnas software. The number of persons with physical disabilities in Indonesia is quite significant, and they face difficulties in turning pages on e-books due to abnormal hand limitations. The result of this study is a portable e-book reading aid for the physically disabled that operates on battery power and connects via Bluetooth, making it easy to use anywhere. The device has effective operational distance requirements: the distance between the user and the “page-turning device” should not exceed 140 cm, and the distance between the “page-turning device” and the PC/Laptop should not exceed 110 cm. If the device is used beyond these distances, it will not function properly. The average delay time for page changes in the iPusnas application is 2.3 seconds with an error margin of 0.3 seconds.
